RN/LPN Job Duties

  • Works in the skilled nursing unit (nursing home) of Holbrook at Piper Shores to ensure a quality experience for residents.
  • Provides general supervision and guidance to C.N.A. staff on his/her shift.
  • Administers direct care as necessary.
  • Rounds twice a shift to assure proper care is rendered in a safe and clean environment.
  • Keeps DON, physicians and families aware of changes in resident’s condition.
  • Practices a person-centered approach to resident care.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • RN/LPN currently licensed in the State Required
  • Current CPR certification/IV certification desired.
  • Skilled nursing/long-term care experience preferred.
  • Friendly, compassionate and committed.
